Ms. Rachel Reinhardt leads 5D's engineering organization in the development of location-based solutions for connected and autonomous vehicles.  Ms. Reinhardt joined 5D following the company's 2016 merger with Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology pioneer Time Domain. Ms. Reinhardt previously served as Time Domain's CEO and oversaw the development and deployment of precise positioning technologies sold globally in the commercial, industrial, and defense sectors.  Additionally Ms. Reinhardt successfully managed over $50M in government contract service business which included communications, tracking, and radar products employing UWB technologies.  Early in her career with Time Domain, she played a primary leadership role in helping UWB gain FCC regulatory approval and was an essential part of bringing the world's first UWB silicon chipset to market.  Ms. Reinhardt graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Science in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
