Mihir Dani is currently Manager of Applications Engineering for Anaren’s IOT Group. Mihir has significant experience architecting and developing IOT/Connected Product solutions, M2M communications, and end-product certifications. Mihir has worked with Anaren Microwave since 2009 and has been involved with the AIR product line since its introduction. Working as an Embedded Firmware Engineer with LPRF radios has allowed Mihir to learn the intricate protocol and software specifications for wireless, DSP and microcontrollers -- and has energized his passion for new product development.

In his role as Applications Engineering Lead, he is actively engaged in helping customers bring their wireless products to the market using Anaren IOT solutions, right from prototype design, to end-product certification. He has mentored various IOT Hackathons and helped participants claim prizes using Anaren solutions, and has been awarded an honorary recognition for Best Solution at IOT World Hackathon Europe, 2015.

Mihir holds various educational accolades from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management and earned his Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Mumbai University, India.
